This is a family-friendly hotel with brand-new and good-sized rooms. All the staff is helpful and dedicated to making your stay very nice. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 mile from Northern Extremes. Would stay again in this very nice area.

The cleanliness of the rooms and premises are exceptional, the staff is very dedicated and always ready to help.
The comfort of the beds, especially the mattresses which are very soft.

The location of the hotel
The bathroom, dirty carpet and beds: I think it could be better, with all the rest I am satisfied.

The room was luxurious with a TV and refrigerator, the location was stunning and just a short distance from Northern Extremes, the downtown area is a convenient 20-minute walk away, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms with mountain view.

The food was just ok, very pricey, and the waits were long because the hotel (like everywhere right now) is understaffed. The location is great and there’s a big sledding hill out front which was a lot of fun. The room was nice and big.
The waterpark is dated, like the rest of the hotel. The activities were great but they have teenagers running them so it’s disorganized. Karaoke was the guests sitting and listening to the young staff sing. No one asked guests if they wanted to sing

My husband and I stayed as a mini get-a-way. We absolutely loved the room, especially the location of the room itself. It was first floor as requested but had a little patio! The entire property was beautiful. I work for Marriott and usually stay at Marriotts when I travel, but when I'm in the No. Conway area again I'll definitly stay @ The Red Jacket Mountain View.
Did not get a chance to try the dining options.

It was one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed at. They were accommodating and sincere. The facilities were clean and inviting and our small family enjoyed the mountain views. We had a small balcony with a mountain view and spent a good deal of time just being outside.
Everything was great and we loved it. Our only complaint if you will was the prime rib buffet. The prime rib was overcooked and that was our only disappointment.

Had a perfect time at this family-friendly hotel in North Conway. The restaurant served delicious dishes from Palmer's Restaurant. Enjoyed the relaxing garden view. The staff was really helpful and greeted us with a smile. The location was stunning, with Conway Scenic Railroad just a short distance away.

Combination of rate, location, facilities was top notch! We will be back when we visit NH.
One problem here was that we booked a King, told we were given a queen but it was really a double bed. They did give us a free rollaway which was very helpfule but the room was very tight.

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, swimming pool, and the quality playground structures for children.
We were disappointed that our child was too short to use the indoor waterpark feature, which was our primary reason for choosing this hotel, (but this was not the hotel's fault).
